High Plains Village
High Plains Village
Built by McStain Neighborhoods, High Plains Village is the signature neighborhood in Centerra. High Plains Village offers a range of choices for 568 families including condominiums, town homes and semi-custom homes, as well as recreational features that support a Northern Colorado lifestyle. Located just minutes from Interstate 25, the neighborhood provides an easy drive to Denver or Fort Collins.
As a model for an environmentally-friendly community, High Plains Village features the High Plains Environmental Center (HPEC), which operates as a nonprofit, living laboratory dedicated to exploring and teaching the concepts and practices of environmental stewardship. Responsible for protecting 275 acres of wetlands, open space and reservoirs at Centerra, the HPEC also serves as a neighborhood center, conducting a variety of hands-on programs for children and adults with topics ranging from bird identification to fine art painting to alternative vehicle technology.
Other benefits at High Plains Village include four miles of trails and walkways, two pristine lakes where you can observe pelicans, cranes and other wildlife, parks and natural common areas throughout, and the convenience of dozens of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.
