Centerra enriches all who visit, live and work here with its 275 acres of lakes and open space that are home to wildlife, wetlands, and waterfront trails. Centerra is home to Miramont Lifestyle Fitness, offers more than four miles of waterfront trails and provides links to the trails at the Medical Center of the Rockies campus.
Every July, the Loveland Classic at Centerra draws hundreds of runners and families to participate in a 5K/10K run that beneifts Thompson Valley Preschool. And as a gateway to the scenic Rocky Mountain National Park, Centerra is near numerous recreational opportunities such as camping, hiking, fly fishing, boating and rafting.
